Let Him Lead the Kitchen

“Teach me to do Your will, for You are my God; may Your good Spirit lead me on level ground.” — Psalm 143:10

We often ask God to bless what we’ve already decided.

David prayed differently: Teach me.

That kind of prayer takes humility. It quietly admits:

  • I don’t know everything

  • I need guidance

  • I’m willing to follow

When God leads, He steadies us — not driven by impulse, pride, or pressure, but grounded in trust. His direction brings clarity where we would normally rush.

Try This Today:

Before acting on something today, pause and pray:

“Lord, teach me Your will in this.”

Standing with you,

around the table,

Chef Bob
