Stay at the Stove

February 17, 2026

“Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love Him.” — James 1:12

Anyone can start strong.

Finishing strong takes perseverance.

Trials don’t mean you’re failing.

Pressure doesn’t mean God has forgotten you.

Resistance doesn’t mean He has left.

It means your faith is being formed.

Steel is strengthened by fire.

Muscle grows through resistance.

Character deepens through endurance.

God never promised an easy road —

He promised a meaningful one.

So don’t walk away when the day feels heavy.

Keep moving forward, even if it’s one faithful step at a time.

There is life on the other side of endurance.

God wastes nothing in the process.

Try This Today:

Stay faithful in one place you feel tempted to quit

— a responsibility, a relationship, a discipline, or an act of obedience.

Take the next step instead of stepping back.

Standing with you,

around the table,

Chef Bob
