“Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ.” — 1 Corinthians 11:1

Whether we intend it or not, someone is always learning how to live by watching us.

Over time our habits quietly teach — at home, at work, and in everyday conversations.

This verse invites us to consider who is watching us — our loved ones, families, coworkers, friends, and even strangers. Leadership isn’t just about what we say; it’s about what people see in our lives.

Are our choices, reactions, and priorities pointing others toward Christ, or toward ourselves? People notice. They watch how we live and how we treat others.

Think of your life as an example being followed. Are you comfortable with someone copying how you live? If what you show others is faith, humility, repentance, and obedience, the outcome will reflect Christ.God gently reshapes our lives so others can see Him more clearly.

The direction of our lives always points somewhere — and people notice where it leads.

Try This Today:

Choose one visible action that reflects Jesus — patience, honesty, forgiveness, or encouragement — and practice it intentionally where others will experience it.

Standing with you,

around the table,

Chef Bob
